If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please reach out to us via email. We strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus a $10.00 booking fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will receive a full refund, minus a $25.00 booking fee.

Please note that cancellations that do not adhere to these may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request and will be returned to the original payment method.
